Design and order libraries of synthetic reagents

Build a library now

When Horizon pre-defined RNAi Screening Libraries don't match your experimental requirements, you can make your own custom library with ease, speed and economy.

You are able to cherry-pick from our premier siRNA, microRNA, Edit-R CRISPR (KO) crRNA and synthetic sgRNACRISPRmod CRISPRa crRNA and synthetic sgRNA and CRISPRmod CRISPRi synthetic sgRNA reagents for human and mouse reagents to create the ideal collection for your particular needs.

Here's how:
RNAi Screening Libraries
  1. Load gene identifiers for your desired products
    • NCBI Gene ID or Gene Symbol
    • miRBase mature name or Accession
    • Dharmacon product catalog numbers
  2. Review the results for accuracy and product availability
  3. Select the product lines and product formats to include on the plates
  4. Configure the library plates for quantity, controls, replicates and layout
  5. Add to cart and check out!

  • Human siRNA Libraries
Choose from three siRNA product lines, including two whole-genome collections, to find a SMARTpool or individual siRNA library suitable for your discovery efforts.
  • Mouse siRNA Libraries
Select ON-TARGETplus for unsurpassed specificity. Select siGENOME libraries for the most up-to-date mouse siRNAs available for optimal gene target coverage.
  • Lincode siRNA Libraries
Choose a collection of Human or Mouse siRNAs based on RefSeq lncRNA genes with NR_ Accession numbers.
  • miRIDIAN microRNA Libraries
Mimic and Hairpin Inhibitor libraries are available for human, mouse, and rat microRNAs. Provided in 96-well plates for high-throughput phenotypic screening.
  • Edit-R CRISPR (KO) synthetic sgRNA libraries
Select arrayed collections of pre-designed synthetic sgRNA for loss-of-function screening across the human genome and gene families
  • CRISPRmod CRISPRa synthetic sgRNA arrayed libraries
Select arrayed collections of pre-designed synthetic sgRNA for gain-of-function screening across the human genome and gene families
