Technical Information
The availability of genetically defined reference materials offers an industry standard for development and quality control of FISH assays, directly improving the accuracy and reproducibility. FISH HDx Reference Standards provide laboratories with a consistent source of positive and negative reference material on one slide. Place your sample alongside HDx Reference Standards and provide confidence to your FISH result for routine evaluation, guide the evaluation of probes based on their sensitivity and specificity and use as a renewable and consistent point of reference when optimizing and monitoring the performance of your assay.

Staining pattern of ROS1 translocation with ROS1 break apart assay that detects cells with normal and breakapart (translocation) signals

Figure A: Staining pattern in negative core is two fusion signals (red and green colocalised)
Figure B: Staining pattern in positive core is at least one fusions signal plus at least one breakapart signal (single red plus single green signals)
