X-MAN Discovery 1
Discovery 1 lines encompass both ‘gain-of-function’ models generated via knock-in of mutated cancer genes and; ‘loss-of-function’ models generated via the knock-out of mutant alleles or tumor suppressor genes. The panel encompasses the primary patient genotypes known to be involved in the onset of most classes of human cancer.
