Cancer, a disease state increasingly prevalent due to a global aging population, is caused by the effects of more than 100 different “cancer genes”, many at low frequencies, and a unique subset that causes each cancer patients’ tumours to divide uncontrollably and invade normal tissues.X-MAN Researcher cell-lines provide an excellent means to study many of these genes using human isogenic knock-out models (HCT116 parental line unless otherwise stated).
